OBZOR

Obzor is a town in Eastern Bulgaria. It is located in Nessebar municipality, Bourgas district and is close to the town of Byala. Obzor has one of the longest beaches in Bulgaria - Obzor and Vaya River have a total length of 8820 m and an area of 520 000 square meters. Obzor is both on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and in the Balkan Mountains, located 40 km from the municipal center of Nessebar and 69 km from the regional center of Burgas. Its average altitude is 65 m. The relief of the region is lowland, valley and coast with a diverse landscape and extremely beautiful landscape. From Cape St. Atanas near Cape Emine have formed vast beaches of golden medium-grained quartz sands, which during the hot summer days are heated to tolerable temperatures.
